Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Service Product Specialist
for emPower Cruise.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and issue
resolution related to Centralization Desk programs and AgentMate
CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to address partner issues,
commission payments, and provide proactive support and education to
travel professionals
Oversee onboarding of new agencies and maintain accurate
documentation of member interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree preferred or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience in customer service
Over 3 years of experience in the travel industry, particularly
with travel agencies
Experience in the cruise industry
Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
