Job Description:
A company is looking for a Framing Drywall Estimator.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed cost estimates for framing and drywall systems in
commercial and residential projects
Perform quantity takeoffs for materials such as wood and metal
framing, drywall, insulation, and ceiling systems
Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals based on project scope
and specifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years in construction estimating, focusing on
framing and drywall
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or
a related field (preferred but not required)
Strong understanding of wood and metal framing, drywall
installation, and acoustical ceiling systems
Experience with estimating software such as ProEst, Bluebeam,
PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff
Ability to read architectural and structural blueprints and perform
precise material calculations
