Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Editor with experience in
Securities Litigation, Securities Enforcement, or White-Collar
law.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit practical guidance on securities
litigation, enforcement, and white-collar topics
Draft, review, and annotate practice notes, forms, and
checklists
Collaborate with the Content Manager to assist in content
development using subject matter expertise
Required Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the United States with state bar
membership in good standing
Minimum of 3 years recent experience in securities litigation,
enforcement, or white-collar law
Fundamental understanding of relevant laws and trends
Experience drafting documents related to securities litigation and
enforcement
