Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead M&A execution, including opportunity evaluation, due
diligence, and integration planning
Establish relationships in target-rich environments and support
connections with key intermediaries
Develop and maintain documentation processes for M&A activity
and keep the Board of Directors informed
Required Qualifications
5 - 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Investment
Banking or Corporate Development
Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
Experience with transaction documents and all aspects of M&A
transactions
Ability to work directly with management teams and third
parties
Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage key
stakeholders
