Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Implementation Specialist -
Client Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end client onboarding process for various
products
Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team to address client needs and
resolve issues
Validate API connections and troubleshoot data discrepancies using
tools like Postman and Looker
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in onboarding, client implementation, or
technical account management
Experience in a B2B environment with exposure to integrations or
API-driven products
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
efficiently
Familiarity with property management systems, Salesforce, and data
validation tools
Proven collaboration skills working cross-functionally with various
teams
