Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Finance to drive financial
strategy and operations in a rapidly scaling payment orchestration
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategy to support growth in the USA
and European markets
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure
visibility into financial performance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage risk
strategies related to payment operations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably
in fintech, payments, or SaaS
Proven experience scaling companies in international markets,
particularly the USA and Europe
Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
in high-growth environments
Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems and regulatory
requirements
MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus
