Job Description:
A company is looking for a Carrier Onboarding Project
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding requests and provide training for key users of
the platforms
Complete integration of new carriers and coordinate system
launches
Maintain multiple ticketing queues and prepare internal and
external reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 2+ years in
customer support
Spanish language proficiency required; Portuguese proficiency is
highly desirable
Solid understanding of system interfaces and experience with ERP
systems
Proficient in MS Office and navigating internet resources
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
