Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to
provide strategic employee relations expertise and services.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and resolve complex employee matters including policy
interpretation, performance management, and conflict resolution
Lead formal reviews of harassment and discrimination claims,
presenting findings and recommendations for action
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and legal counsel to ensure
effective resolutions to employee matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in human resources or employee relations
managing complex matters and investigations
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed
organization
AWI certification preferred; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
preferred
