Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Manager to support the
Global Care operation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the CSS portfolio and manage non-standard clinical care
requests
Ensure best-practice policies and procedures are implemented and
improved
Manage financial processes and resources to support profitable
service delivery
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in Employee Wellbeing/EAP or related
industry
Professional experience in a Clinical/Counselling Operations
environment
At least 2 years of people leadership experience
Professional clinical qualification and registration (Counsellor,
psychologist, social worker, etc.)
Strong understanding of logistics and operational processes
