A company is looking for a Manager - Student Account
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the student account services team and
implement service scope
Address collections on delinquent student payments and prepare
performance reports
Audit accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and
standardize activities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the collection or customer service
industry
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
Strong customer service orientation
