Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product &
Technology Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Product & Technology Operations team, ensuring alignment
with business objectives and product strategy
Oversee the Program Management Office (PMO) to drive agile
execution and progress tracking against product roadmaps
Establish KPIs and metrics to track team performance and product
success, providing regular updates to leadership
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in product operations, program management,
or related roles
At least 5 years in a leadership position within a
technology-driven environment
Expertise in agile development, project management, and operational
leadership
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing
product roadmaps
Advanced degree (MBA, M.S. in Technology, Engineering, or related
fields) preferred
