A company is looking for a HIM Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, scan, and index patient medical records from various
hospital departments
Manage document and EMR work queues to ensure timely processing
Review scanned documents for quality and accuracy
Qualifications & Requirements:
Epic and OnBase experience required
2+ years of medical records or indexing experience
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and data entry
Must provide own computer equipment
