Position: Energy Consultant

Average First-Year Earnings: $100,000+



What You'll Be Doing:

As an Energy Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to go solar. You'll guide them through the process of qualifying for solar, helping them reduce their energy costs, and supporting their transition to clean energy. With--government incentives--available, the process is easier than ever, making it an exciting time to join the solar revolution. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to sell the--Tesla Home Battery Backup system, which can significantly increase your commission per sale!



Your Key Responsibilities:



--- Qualify Homeowners for Solar:--Set appointments door-to-door and engage with homeowners about the benefits of solar energy.
--- Government Incentives:--Leverage available government incentives, making it easier for homeowners to make the switch to solar and increasing your success rate.
--- Sell Tesla Home Battery Backup:--Offer the Tesla Home Battery Backup system to homeowners, significantly boosting your earnings per sale.
--- Build a Customer Base:--Develop and nurture relationships that help you create a sustainable sales pipeline.
--- Prioritize and Manage Your Schedule:--Take control of your daily activities and work independently to achieve success.
--- Sales Meetings & Presentations:--Travel locally to meet with customers, conduct consultations, and close sales.
--- Mentorship & Support:--Receive guidance from an experienced mentor through our Mentor Program to accelerate your success.

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct door-to-door sales pitches to potential customers to promote solar energy products and services.
--- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
--- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and needs related to solar products and installations.
--- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics for maximizing revenue and market penetration.
--- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar energy industry trends, products, and regulations to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.

Qualifications:
--- 1+ years of experience in solar sales.
--- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
--- Competencies: US Work Authorization, Door-to-Door Sales Experience, Sales Experience.
