Responsibilities:Be the primary point of contact for existing
customersMake 15-20 sales calls per day and accurately track data
in our CRMManage the quotation process and facilitate orders
through Distribution partnershipsAccurately track daily progress
(min. of 15 calls) as call report documents and upload to CRM
softwareRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or
chatProcess orders, forms, applications, and requests from
customersKeep accurate records of customer interactions,
transactions, comments, and complaintsProvide information about
products and services, take orders, and process returnsManage and
maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions
with details of inquiries, complaints, or commentsCommunicate and
coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer
issuesFollow up on customer interactions and ensure customer
satisfaction after-sales serviceGuide customers through the
ordering process, ensuring accuracy and understanding of
productsMonitor back-ordered or out-of-stock items and communicate
status updates to customersMaintain a thorough understanding of
product specifications and features to provide expert customer
serviceEnsure adherence to customer service policies and procedures
to maintain high-quality service standardsAnalyze customer feedback
and collaborate with management to improve the products and
servicesKeep abreast of new product launches, promotions, and sales
strategiesAssist with inventory control by reporting any stock
issues to the relevant departmentsIntroduce Ayalytical to new
prospects to uncover potential and qualify accountsWork with our
Distribution partners and Rep Firms to develop new contacts
throughout your territoryMeet quarterly sales goals by supporting
established customers and developing new accountsBuild the various
manufacturer brands we carry within your US territory by continued
brand awareness, phone calls, and customer supportFull time
