Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatcher.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front line customer experience and dispatch operations
Create and maintain support tickets and various reports
Schedule resources and adjust as needed while ensuring proper
ticket triage
Required Qualifications
4+ years of customer service experience
3 recommendations from previous or current supervisors/managers
Availability for a shift from 9AM-6PM Pacific time
Preference for candidates in Pacific, Alaska, or Hawaii time
zones
