Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support
technical solutions for users in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist users with hardware and software questions and problems
Troubleshoot and resolve information systems issues to minimize
downtime
Monitor and respond to help desk calls and emails, maintaining
documentation and ticket tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or professional certification with at least 5
years of work experience
Minimum of one year of computer-related customer service
experience
Ability to work flexible shifts, including on-call afterhours and
weekends
Must obtain a relevant DoD 8570.1M certification within 90 days if
required
Must have an Interim Secret clearance or higher and be a US
citizen
