Tool and Die Maker-JourneymanWe specialize in creating cutting-edge aerospace solutions, and we need a Tool and Die Maker to bring precision and expertise to our team. If you have a passion for crafting custom tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures with meticulous attention to detail, we want to hear from you!Job Duties:Fabricate and Repair custom-made products, prototypes, and special tools with exacting specificationsVerify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instrumentsSet up and operate CNC and manual machine tools like lathes, grinders, and milling machinesDesign jigs, fixtures, and templates for efficient fabrication of partsStudy blueprints, models, and specifications to plan and execute tool-making operationsAssemble and modify dies, jigs, gauges, and tools with accuracy and expertiseSchedule: Monday - Friday: Start on 1st shift (5 AM - 3 PM) with the possibility to transition to 2nd shift (3 PM - 1 AM) after 90 days, 45-55 hour work weeksPay: $25.00 - $35.00 overtime pay (Time and a half after 41 hours, double time after 49+)Requirements:5+ years of Tool and Die Maker experience (Toolroom attendant experience also considered)Expertise in machine tools, designs, repair, and maintenanceStrong math skills and the ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructionsPhysical ability to work in a challenging environment, including walking, standing, lifting, and moreHigh School diploma or equivalent, plus Tool and Die Maker schooling or an indentured journeyman's cardThis Client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.
