Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Operations Analyst to
enhance customer experiences with the Social Security
Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee user experience research efforts across
multiple teams
Develop and maintain a research repository for organizing research
artifacts and insights
Manage logistics for user research sessions, including participant
recruitment and scheduling
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction,
Information Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product development, operations, project
management, or a related field
Proven experience in research operations or project coordination
within a UX/CX environment
Proficient in using research and project management tools (e.g.,
Jira, Confluence)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment
