Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Client Partner to maintain
and build executive-level relationships with health plan
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and build relationships with health plan clients while
refining business strategies for customer service excellence
Manage staff resources, including recruitment and training, to meet
business needs and foster innovation
Provide strategic recommendations and reports on market, client,
and staff developments to enhance efficiencies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of operations experience and one year
managing a team
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Health Care
Management, or related field preferred
Certification in Account Management or Project Management
preferred
Experience in overseeing and managing teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint,
and Excel
