Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Verification
Specialist in Michigan.
Key Responsibilities
Verify patient eligibility and coordinate benefits for insurance
claims
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding insurance-related
inquiries and resolve customer issues
Document interactions and manage non-clinical PBM rejections and
prior authorizations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Experience in customer service within healthcare, specialty
pharmacy, or related fields
Basic PC skills including MS Windows and MS Office Suite
Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established
guidelines
Experience with insurance verification processes is preferred
