A company is looking for an Insurance Personal Lines Team
Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of Personal Lines Account Managers,
assigning tasks and setting expectations
Oversee the processing of new and renewal insurance policies,
ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Build client loyalty through positive relationships and high levels
of customer service
Required Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory experience
5+ years of personal lines insurance agency or brokerage
experience
2+ years of recent experience using AMS360
An active Property and Casualty license
