Are you an experienced machine operator with a passion for precision and quality? We are seeking a skilled Punch Press Machine Operator to set up and operate presses up to 1,000 tons, shaping and forming metal components that drive our success.Punch Press Job Duties:Configure and operate punch presses to perform various operations, including punching, blanking, forming, and coining.Align and secure die members to the press bed and ram using appropriate tools.Set up adjustable punching dies to meet specific job requirements.Synchronize automatic material feeds for efficient production.Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure the highest quality standards.Schedule: Training on 1st Shift - 5 AM - 3 PM (Monday - Friday) and 5 AM - 10 AM on Saturdays.- move to 2nd shift after 90 days. 2nd Shift - 3 PM - 1 AM (Monday - Friday) and a mid-shift on Saturday 10 AM - 3 PM.Mandatory: 55-hour work weeksPay:$17.82 per hr + the ability to earn piece rate incentivesRequirements:At least 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in heavy machine operation.Strong math skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.Proficiency in using inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Ability to work 10-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment, including walking, standing, lifting, and more.High School Diploma or equivalent required.This Client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.
