We're now looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our team and make a lasting impact.Job Duties:Work with Stainless .030" and Stainless .045" welding materialsUse your skills to create aerospace solutions with a focus on precision and safetyPerform manual labor for up to 10 hours a daySchedule:Monday - Friday: Start on 1st shift (5 AM - 3 PM) and transition to 2nd shift (3 PM - 1 AM) after 90 days Working a 55-hour work week, with overtime pay at premium ratesPay: $21.00 - $26.00 with overtime pay (Time and a half after 41 hours, double time after 49+ hours!) Requirements: 5+ years of welding experienceStrong TIG welding experience (a must!)Tech School diploma/certificate requiredMachine shop experience a plus (CNCs and manual lathes)Ability to pass a practical weld test in MIG and TIG weldingAbility to use measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges This Client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.
