Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lead to join
their customer service team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customer service team members in responding to inquiries
Evaluate and address customer inquiries, comments, or
complaints
Maintain records of communication and track unresolved
complaints
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative
role
Proficient knowledge of Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUP
Ability to assess and triage requests based on urgency
Experience in providing detailed information for business
reviews
Ability to maintain data integrity and effective communication
