Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Development Lead to drive the
creation of new food products from concept to
commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development of new branded products from ideation to
launch
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure
product quality and alignment with brand values
Manage the product development process, including documentation and
scaling to commercial production
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in food product development with a track
record of successful market launches
Strong knowledge of food formulations, manufacturing processes, and
food safety standards
Established network of relationships with food suppliers and
manufacturers
Experience managing end-to-end product development, including
sourcing and packaging
Passion for food, health, and wellness with an understanding of
market trends
