UX Optimization Strategist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a UX Optimization Strategist to enhance eCommerce user experiences through data analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis using Google Analytics and Shopify to understand user interactions and improve site performance
Implement event tagging and maintain a robust A/B testing program to measure the impact of site changes
Translate key findings into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to clients for site improvements

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in eCommerce
3+ years of experience with Google Analytics
Understanding of quantitative data analysis and statistics
Experience with A/B testing software and the Shopify ecosystem
Knowledge of user-centered design processes and design thinking strategies
