Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile
principles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI projects
effectively
Monitor team progress and remove obstacles to enhance
productivity
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in projects
Certification in Scrum Master methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM)
Experience working with software development teams
Understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
