A company is looking for a Head of Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Aligns business and technology strategy; designs and implements
infrastructure for scale
Oversees automation development and collaborates with departments
to integrate AI and cognitive automation solutions
Manages technology budgets, vendor partnerships, and ensures
adherence to governance and compliance frameworks
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of IT leadership experience, focusing on enterprise
applications, infrastructure, and security
Experience leading IT teams with a strategic and hands-on approach
for 300+ users
Proven track record in managing third-party applications and
cloud-based technology stacks
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (SOC 2,
GDPR, etc.)
