Opportunity Overview:
This position provides support for all Windows-based end-user
experiences from the initial account provision requests, access
permissions, equipment cycle changes and/or any encountered issues
through to system deprovisioning and additional processing. The
user environment is 24x7 and the candidate must be flexible to work
nights, weekends and holidays. This person primarily handles
routine tasks, requests, and issues. The LAN Administrator will be
responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of internal
systems, workstations, and servers that support the day to day
operations across the company. This will include installing,
configuring, and troubleshooting network issues. The ideal
candidate will also provide responsive and efficient end user
support on a variety of IT-related issues.
