Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Nursing Prelicensure Faculty
Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized coaching sessions focused on content mastery
and test-taking strategies for nursing students
Develop and lead CMS Boot Camps to address knowledge gaps and
enhance test-taking skills
Collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to align coaching
strategies with student performance data
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in nursing (MSN) required, RN licensure
necessary
Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing education or academic
support preferred
Expertise in the Content Mastery Series (CMS) and nursing
curriculum assessment strategies
Demonstrated experience supporting at-risk learners
Proficiency in virtual communication platforms and learning
management systems (LMS)
