Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Plan Senior Business
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze business processes to identify operational,
clinical, financial, and technological risks
Lead and assist in large-scale projects and interdepartmental
initiatives related to operational business functions
Produce project analysis documentation and collaborate with
developers during implementation and testing phases
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Four years of business analysis or business systems analysis
experience required
Experience with large-scale projects and daily operational requests
is essential
Advanced training in SQL and Microsoft Excel is required
Health Plan or health system experience is preferred
