  • RN ICU position at Ascension Health
  • Located in Racine, Wisconsin
  • Requires at least 1 year of ICU/Critical Care experience
  • Experience with CRRT, vents, ART lines, and EPIC is needed
  • May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
    • Job Requirements
    • Current Wisconsin RN license
    • BLS certification required prior to onboarding
    • ACLS certification required prior to onboarding
    • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
    • License/Certificate Verification required prior to start
    • Ascension Specialty Exam completion required prior to first assignment
    • NIH Certification required prior to start
    • Fit Test required prior to start
    • Health Statement required prior to first assignment
    • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA required prior to start
    • Documentation of vaccination series completion for Hepatitis B required prior to start
    • Documentation of two Varicella vaccines or immunity required prior to start
    • Tdap vaccination required prior to start
    • Documentation of MMR vaccines or immunity required prior to start
    • Documentation of Influenza Vaccine required prior to start
      • Schedule Information
      • EOW (Every Other Weekend)
      • EOH (Every Other Holiday)
        • Unit Specific Information
        • ICU unit with critical care focus
        • May require floating to other units within skill set
          • Additional Details
          • Minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization for Ascension Specialty Exam
          • Only 2 attempts allowed for Ascension Specialty Exam
          • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics training required within a year of start and updated yearly
