Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Health Technician - Shift to
manage security health issues and ensure system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Triage and troubleshoot service health issues related to managed
security solutions
Resolve network connectivity and Linux operating system problems,
as well as event data flow issues with clients' SIEM
Handle account management requests from various business units
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on System/Network Administration experience
Experience with cloud-based Next-Gen AV software and SIEM
platforms
Understanding of core network protocols and Linux systems
Familiarity with ticketing platforms, preferably ServiceNow
Security +, Network + certifications preferred, but not
required
