Job Description:

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a -Travel - Physical Therapist - Inpatient/Outpatient Shift: -Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, Mon-Fri, holiday as needed Length: -13 weeksWill consider 4x10s if needed Requirements:

• WI PT license
• Minimum 3 years PT experience (open to New Grads)
• AHA BLS
• Epic charting experience Other Details:
  • Float
  • No New Travelers - at least 1 completed contract -
  • Unit Overview: Inpatient/Outpatient department - mainly outpatient caseload with possibility of some inpatient coverage as well. For outpatients, we usually see 30 minute treatments and 60 minute evaluations. - Inpatients tend to be a 2 hour block on the schedule as we tend to have 2-4 inpatients. It will probably be a mix of patients

    Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
