Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Category Manager to oversee
vendor relationships and sourcing strategies in a healthcare
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead requirements business meetings with vendors and
stakeholders
Establish sourcing strategies and conduct sourcing events for
assigned categories
Manage contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory conditions
while fostering vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
5+ years of experience in a related field
In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
Experience in vendor negotiations and relationship management
Knowledge of compliance and audit processes related to vendor
management
