Job Description:
A company is looking for a BPO Program Manager to oversee
relationships with BPO vendor partners and optimize operations for
corporate and field offices.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact between outsource vendors and field
offices
Create and manage communication plans to promote BPO internally and
oversee the onboarding of services
Track savings and analyze case trends for process improvement
opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of experience in managing outsourced business processes
and vendors
Bachelor's degree required
Desired experience in the Insurance industry
Experience evaluating performance and managing vendor partners to
contracted SLAs
Experience in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management is a plus
