Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contract Management
Professional to evaluate, draft, and negotiate contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, draft, and negotiate various contracts and related
documents
Advise stakeholders on contractual risks and assist in issue
resolution
Support merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities through
contract review
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in writing and negotiating contracts in a
highly regulated industry
Ability to communicate with operational and market leadership to
understand service requirements
JD from an accredited law school (preferred)
Healthcare industry background and experience with HIPAA and
Medicaid (preferred)
