Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Salvage to oversee the
strategic direction and execution of initiatives within the salvage
segment.
Key Responsibilities
Create long-term strategic vision for the salvage segment and
identify key initiatives
Drive progress against achievements for critical initiatives and
oversee a geographically diverse team
Build and own executive-ready presentations on strategy and
operational updates
Required Qualifications
8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in management
consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
5+ years of people management experience
Proven experience in the salvage/recycled, collision/repair, or
automotive segments preferred
BA/BS or equivalent experience required; MBA or similar graduate
degree preferred
Data-driven approach to planning and decision making with strong
understanding of P&L
