Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Change Manager responsible for
creating and maintaining change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage change throughout assigned projects and initiatives under
the direction of change management leaders
Create and maintain change management plans and supporting
deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery of materials
Facilitate discussions to enhance understanding of topics and
support project teams in analyzing feedback and developing
actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Technology, or
Accounting
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) required
Minimum 5 years' experience managing teams and leading change
management initiatives
Prior public accounting or professional services experience with
mid to large firms required
Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build
relationships effectively
