Job Description:
A company is looking for a Player Outreach Manager to foster
relationships with engaged players and improve retention.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with highly engaged players to
ensure satisfaction
Facilitate communication between players and the operational game
team, sharing feedback and updates
Monitor player game status and address issues or complaints
promptly
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer care within the Videogame
Industry
Ability to manage multiple conversations and games
simultaneously
Proactive approach in reaching out to players and recommending
services
Passion for gaming and understanding of game content
Native or near-native level of English proficiency
