A company is looking for a Senior Manager/Director of Customer
Success Management.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to
meet company goals
Build strong relationships with various departments to enhance
customer satisfaction and success
Analyze performance trends in the Enterprise customer segment to
guide company investments
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management or services in the
real estate/title industry or enterprise software
7+ years of management experience, preferably in the same
sectors
Demonstrated ability to influence customers and internal
stakeholders
Experience in resolving complex customer situations and managing
escalations
Proven track record of defining objectives and aligning them with
business goals
