Job Description:
A company is looking for a CAFM Space Data Management Engagement
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage updates, audits, and compliance of space and occupancy
data
Maintain and validate data in the CAFM/IWMS database and generate
reports
Build and manage relationships with clients and cross-functional
teams
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, facilities
management, business, real estate, or related discipline
Strong experience in CAFM/IWMS system management and space data
management
Proficiency in using CAFM/IWMS database systems and related
tools
Familiarity with office space categorization principles (BOMA,
OSCRE, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction
documents
