About the Role The Company is in search of a Director of Corporate
Sales to spearhead the growth of its corporate sales division. The
successful candidate will be tasked with developing and
implementing a robust corporate sales strategy to enhance the
brand's presence in the Northeast. This pivotal role involves
targeting key corporate clients, teams, and organizations, and
requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of B2B sales,
corporate partnerships, and the sports or apparel industry. The
Director will be responsible for business development, client
relationship management, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Strategic leadership, market expansion, and cross-functional
collaboration are also key aspects of the position.Applicants for
the Director of Corporate Sales role at the company should have a
minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate/B2B sales, with at
least 3 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within the
sports, athletic, or apparel industry. The role demands a strategic
thinker who can build and nurture client relationships, set and
manage sales targets, and drive high performance across the sales
team. The Director will also be involved in event and trade show
representation, as well as leading contract negotiations with
