Team! Upper Midwest leading electrical / industrial sales and
service organization, recently converted to 100% employee owned,
seeking an experienced candidate for a full-time Business
Development Manager, responsible for PDC revenue growth by
identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities via expanding
existing clients' relationships, rejuvenating dormant clients, and
pursuing new high-value clients through strategic sales and
marketing initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
Administration/related field or equivalent experience, 5 years of
relevant Sales experience (including Business Development), CRM
experience required, as well as the ability to promote growth and
relationship development/management. Salary pay plus incentive
