Americaneagle.comis seeking a marketing-savvy, experienced, and strategic Partner Marketing Directorto lead the partner marketing division of our internal marketingteam. Theprimary roleis to oversee the partner marketing program as well as coordinate,execute and manage the marketing activities as it relates to a subset of Americaneagle.comtop tier strategic partner network. The idealcandidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensivepartner marketing strategies, overseeing a group of Partner Marketing Managersand Specialists, and driving mutual growth and success with our partners. Thisrole requires a visionary leader with strong communication skills and a proventrack record in marketing. The Partner Marketing Director will work closelywith the Marketing Director to ensure partner related initiatives work hand andhand with the overall corporate strategy. The Partner Marketing Director willalso collaborate with the Partnerships team on the overall partner direction.It is crucial to understand the activities are being done and ensure theseactivities are generating an ROI that makes sense for the organization. Responsibilities:

• Oversee allmarketing efforts related to assigned group of top tier partners
• Develop andimplement overarching partner marketing strategies and business/marketing plansto drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and partner engagement.
• Lead, mentor, andmanage a team of Partner Marketing Managers and Specialists, ensuring alignmentwith company goals and objectives
• Collaborate withsenior leadership and key partners to create joint marketing plans, campaigns,and programs.
• Oversee theexecution of co-marketing activities, including events, webinars, and contentcreation.
• Analyze andreport on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing insightsand recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate withthe sales team to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
• Work closely withthe Marketing Director on overall strategy and reporting.
• Collaborate withthe Partnerships team on overall direction and strategic initiatives.
• Stay up-to-datewith industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunitiesand drive innovation.
• Handle partnermarketing escalations internally and externally
• Support partnerdirectors related to marketing opportunities with top tier partners
• Drive brandawareness throughout the top tier partner organizations, particularly withinthe executive group and sales organization, to initiate net new opportunities Requirements:
  • Excellentcommunication (verbal and written), leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experiencehandling their own responsibilities and priorities while also effectively managing,leading, and mentoring a team
  • Proven ability tomanage multiple projects from start to finish as well as meet deadlines.
  • Experience withmarketing automation tools and CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
  • Analyticalmindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Background intechnical services/web design/web development preferred
  • Experienceworking in a highly cross-functional role with many dynamic teams
  • Proficient inAsana, Confluence, Microsoft Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
  • Ability to travelif needed
  • 5+ years of experience in amarketing/advertising related role (at an agency, a plus!)
