Job Description:

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse (RN) Case Management Lead Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with customers to create and document care plans
Empowers customers through motivational interviewing and shared decision-making
Coordinates care with internal and external partners through various communication methods

Required Qualifications

Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States
Minimum of two years of full-time direct patient care experience as an RN
Experience in oncology
Flexibility to work days or evenings based on business needs
URAC-recognized certification in case management within four years of hire preferred
