Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefits Operations Manager to lead a team supporting benefits integration implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of operations specialists to meet customer commitments
Manage complex escalations and communicate with customers during projects
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a customer-facing operational role
3+ years of experience managing a team
2+ years of experience in Benefits Administration or Insurance
Familiarity with EDI strongly preferred
Previous experience managing vendors required
