Company DescriptionM--venpick Resort Cam Ranh is a resort
complex designed by world-famous architects with a modern style
mixed with local architecture, including 118 luxury villas and 250
rooms of international standard 5-star hotel and condotel with 132
suites and recreation services, health care and beauty including:
Swiss Village, sports area, Beach club, Game Club, New Vitality Spa
& Beauty Oasis, restaurants and children's play areas, Adventure
Rope with a variety of games. With a wide range of resort
properties from Villas, Condotel to Hotel rooms, M--venpick Resort
Cam Ranh will be a resort complex to meet the needs of all
customers.Job DescriptionTo oversee all technical installations on
hotel & resort, including landscaping.Provides solutions for
emergency situations and problems of a larger nature.Implements all
necessary work procedures for preventive maintenance, initiates
respective scheduled procedures and monitors the carrying out of
work as well as recording the results within the appropriate filing
system.Prioritizes department workload and efficiently repairs
breakdowns.Plans and executes the annual Preventative Maintenance
program for the hotel.Takes responsibility for all work executed by
employees or external contractors on the building, plants, or
technical installations to ensure the quality of craftsmanship of
all work carried out by the team and contractors meets the
M--venpick standards.Designs and implements a monthly report of
works carried out, machines maintained, special events, reports,
consumption of energy and water, to be presented to the General
Manager.Monitors all maintenance contracts and consults the General
Manager as needed.Plans training programs in the Engineering
division in conjunction with HR.Qualifications
