A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize referral and partnership programs
Analyze and improve referral channels while exploring new growth opportunities
Manage webinars to build engagement and generate qualified leads

Required Qualifications

3+ years in growth or referral/partnership marketing, preferably in a high-growth environment
Proven success in scaling growth programs with measurable impact
Proficient in A/B testing and data-informed strategy
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
Strong project management skills
