A company is looking for a Solutions Support Manager to lead a
team of technical support engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Solutions Support Engineers to provide
exceptional technical support
Drive projects to enhance team productivity and streamline support
processes
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve high-priority technical
escalations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering,
or related field
5+ years of experience managing support engineering teams in a
technical environment
7+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or
related fields
3+ years of experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS,
GCP)
Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating systems
